Krista and Nate

What a week we have had.. we have been so crazy busy shooting sessions and yesterday, yes a thursday, we had a wedding.

I've been really excited about this wedding for awile now. Krista contacted me awhile ago saying she had to have me for her wedding, but that it was very small and on a Thursday... the day does not matter to me, so I was thrilled to do her wedding. She then came out and visited Arizona to check out places and meet with me; we hit it off and it just continued to make me excited for the big day.

Yesterday was a little windy, but gorgeous and you can't beat the location of The Four Seasons Troon North. The wedding was small, just family came, which consisted of 2 sisters, a brother, parents, and lots of wonderful children.

We got a ton of great pictures.

The mother of the Bride and mother of the groom helping Krista put her dress on.

Krista and Nate choose to see each other before the wedding and they were so glad they did! Krista started crying.. she didn't think it would be that emotional.. but this time before the wedding always is:).

We wandered all around and took some great pictures of the two of them.

Lots of kids.. there were 3 flowergirls and 1 Junior Bridesmaid. All very cute!

During the Ceremony.

Everyone then shared in with champagne and a toast.

Thanks everyone. I had a wonderful time yesterday! Enjoy the beautiful weather!!

Talia and Ernesto

I haven't had a chance to post the last wedding of 2006. I had such a wonderful time with Talia and Ernesto. The wedding was located at the Four Seasons Troon North.

Talia had so much fun getting ready.

I love this picture of Talia and Ernesto overlooking Pinnacle Peak.

Talia and her dad walking down the aisle.

It was a very emotional filled day!

You guys were so much fun to work with! I loved photographing your wedding. Thank you for the opportunity.

Catherine and Christopher - at the Four Seasons

Catherine and Christopher were married this last Saturday at the Christ Anglican Episcopal Church and the reception was at the Four Seasons Troon North. We had an great time with the entire family! It was a beautiful wedding and Cathering and Christopher looked amazing.

One thing that stood out to me was the relationship between Catherine and her mom. Her mom was there every second helping out in any way that Catherine needed! It was neat! This is Catherine and her mother arriving at the church on the way to put the dress on!

Putting on the necklace.

The girls helping out with the beautiful veil.

Christopher seeing Catherine for the first time.

The gorgeous wedding party.

I'm not sure what was so funny right here, but I love this picture.

Catherine's mom surprised them with a Rolls Royce to go from the church to the reception. We were able to get some great shots as my husband drove past the car and I hung my head out the window! Hey, whatever you have to do for a great shot!

Don't they look just awesome!!

And one of my favorites!! Sunsets in Arizona can be so beautiful!!

Thank you both so much for allowing me to be a part of your day! I have had a wonderful time getting to know you! You are truly wonderful people.

Michelle and Jeff

On Friday we were at the Four Seasons Troon North photographing Michelle and Jeff's wedding. It was fabulous and we had a lot of fun with them.

Michelle got ready at the Four Seasons Salon. If you are getting ready there let us know and we will recomend who to go with for your hair and makeup!

Michelle's Maid of Honor purchased some Bloody Mary's to help with some of the drama of the day. Michelle's sister had to have a taste and thought it was quite good!!!

The Dress and the shoes.

Wasn't Michelle Gorgeous?

Michelle and Jeff saw each other before the wedding, which really helped the entire day go so much smoother. It also gave them some time to let their nerves relax. We were able to take a lot of amazing pictures as well!

The ceremony was gorgeous, as it always is at the Four Seasons. They also had the reception outside in the same place and people were amazed at the setting.

People always ask if when the bride and groom see each other before for pictures if it is still special walking down the aisle. Well, look at Jeff... I can say he is pretty emotional seeing Michelle walk down the aisle. Yes, it is still a very special moment.

Congratulations to both of you!!! If you would like to see a slideshow of some of our favorites from the wedding please click here.
